Hi- I’m Kathryn, your future registered massage therapist! I have been in practice since 2015 and am a graduate from OVCMT in Vernon BC. In treatment, it is important to me to understand your goals for coming to massage. It may be injury recovery, stress reduction, managing chronic conditions, or just a treat to yourself! I use techniques that stretch from assisted stretching, Applied Somatic therapy, myofascial, deep tissue and Swedish massage, visceral and neural manipulation, warm and cool stones, and basic breathwork. I like to advise therapeutic stretches and strength training exercises at the end of each treatment, so that you have tools to carry home with you. I’m looking forward to working with you!
